Walter Miller, Ph.D. is a mathematician/theoretical physicist, for years involved in research in phenomena related to the atmosphere and atmospheric effects on laser satellite communications. Walt is now retired, and devotes his full time to photography and the Ramblin Cameras web site. Walt's other interests are scuba diving, trekking, and a study of the Russian language, classical Russian literature, and Russian folk songs.
